Dr. Strange Novel - "Nightmare"

Author:  William Rotsler.  Published in July, 1979.   Nightmare, working through a charismatic TV evangelist, tries to gain power over the waking world.  The author was definitely inspired by Steve Ditko's classic dimensional imagery, and the book has some interesting descriptions of chaotic and bizarre landscapes.  There are some nice flashback chapters depicting the origin of Dr. Strange, and his first conflict with Dormammu.  Surprisingly, there are some "titillating" scenes between Strange and a Hollywood starlet!
