Profile:
Mad scientific genius from another dimension, who enjoyed the challenge of matching technological terrors against the mystical might of Dr. Strange.  He was seen falling endlessly into the dimension of dreams in Strange Tales #168.  Yandroth miraculously escaped to return to Earth in Marvel Feature #1 with the doomsday device called the Omegatron, which spearheaded the first-ever assemblage of the Defenders.  The Defenders continued to confront and defeat Yandroth/Omegatron over the years (Defenders #5, 69, 119).  Finally (?), in Defenders vol. 2 #1 Yandroth once again returned to engender the reassembly of the Defenders, and with his dying breath placed a curse on the reluctant Defenders.  Will this be the last we see of this mad technomage?
